Prakash develops himself as a model farmer
Prakash Thapa is 27 years old resident of Kukhure village-8 Mahakali Village Development Committee. He has four family members including his parents, wife and son. The main occupation of his family is agriculture and livestock. Prakash stayed in city Kathmandu and works in marketing for few years. Later he is not satisfied with his job so decided to go back home and support family in agriculture.

Poverty, lack of awareness of child rights and gaps in the education system contribute to child labour, trafficking of girls and school drop outs.


Key Objective:

Protection and promotion of children’s rights to empower children so they can enjoy life to the fullest.




  • Improve child rights awareness among parents and local community
  • Facilitate tutorial classes  for school drop out children
  • Conduct Life Relevant Education classes for children and adolescents
  • Provision for Sponsorship program for child education
  • Provision for Vocational training for trafficked girls
  • Advocacy on child rights and trafficking
