Mobilizing People For There Own Benefit

ABCD program implemented LLE class for women. This class is continuing till now. They are discussing in different issues and success of their village. They developed the habits of sharing to each other in group. Along the class they understood an importance and need of group. So they formed a women action group (WAG).

Today, they are actively participating in different program and activities. Mobilizing all community people, they maintain the road of village as they were facing difficulties due to unsafe road condition. This initiation arises by discussing at LLE on the topic of "BATO (Road)".

Similar way, in the initiation of women action Group (WAG), they change the practice of unequal wages of male and female. In past, there were vast different in wages, like for male Rs. 300/ per day and for female Rs. 150/ per day. But now they get same wages both male and female. Women group united each other and raised same voice for it. If there is no same wages, women do not go for work.

Building one small hut for LLE class also shows their willingness of study. Seeing these changes of women all community people are wondering. We have seen different organization and there working approach but this ABCD program has unique approach of mobilizing people for there own benefit.
