What Work we Do
Capacity Development
During the conflict period the Village Development Committees and District Development Committee became non functional. In the post conflict period the political scenario will be different. The local self Government will possibly resume its functions. It is important to strengthen the capacity of elected leaders at the local level and help them plan in a better way and work towards better governance. The Share and Care can organize learning opportunities for the elected leaders.
